I agree with most of your ideas of your own school. I think the rewards of treats is very helpful because kids will want to do better if they know that there is a award in the end. Also, kids need freedom but not too much freedom. I think they may need more rules than just not fighting. Overall, I think you came up some great ideas. The setting in the school seems like it is laid back and fun which will have kids excited about coming to school and learn.
